To that end, we’ve compiled a FAQ list below that covers the most common questions we receive. What type of store is EVI?

EVI is a full-service Police supply store, focusing mainly on vehicle lighting and other equipment for your vehicle. We can also provide accessories to tow trucks, plow trucks, landscaping, off-road vehicles, and more. Contact us today with your specific needs.

What is your warranty?

All installations performed by EVI are warranted for the life of the installation.
All purchased items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
EVI does not cover the removal or re-installation of a failed manufacturer's product.

How long will it take you to complete my vehicle?

Due to the current supply chain issues, all ordered parts are taking approximately 2-3 weeks to be delivered, with some suppliers delivering sooner. Once all the parts are in, we can schedule a time for you to drop the vehicle off. Due to the differences and complexities between vehicles, and customers' specific requirements, some installations take longer than others.

What’s the minimum order amount?

We have no minimum price structure, and no install is too small.
